Gmail is Wonderful:It Reminds You to Attach Files In case You Forget
Yesterday, I was composing a mail in Gmail and accidentally came across an awesome feature of Gmail about which I never heard.I was sending my job application to a job recruiter, but forget to attach my Resume in the mail. When I click the send button, a message pop up saying:
Did you mean to attach files? You wrote “I have attached” in your message, but there are no files attached. Send anyway?
This took me by surprise because I never seen such a message before. After reading it, I came to know that this saved my day.Actually I forgot to attach my resume in the email.
Gmail recognizes that you have written ‘attached’somewhere in the email body, but did not attached any document. So it displays a warning message to the user whether to send the mail or go back and attach a file.
